•TERMS OF SERVICE•

➤ Read these terms carefully, it won't take long to read them.

✳General terms✳

I won’t draw:I can draw:

  • The commissions will be made in order of order.

  • Please don't be rude to me because I can cancel the commission, respect is the most important thing.

✳Work terms✳

  • The work will be done as follows:

  • When the order has been placed, I will start the sketch.

  • Once the sketch is complete, it will be sent to the client for review.

  • If everything is correct I will proceed to finish the final product. The drawing will be sent to the client's email with full quality without watermark.

  • Terms:

  • The estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to one week (business days).

  • The estimated delivery time of the final product is up to two weeks (business days).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on my situation (school, family problems or force majeure situations).

✳Payment terms✳

  • Payment will be ONLY through Paypal.

  • You can pay on the following moments:

  • Before starting the first sketch.

  • After seeing the first sketch and make the necessary corrections.

  • I won’t start with the final product until I receive the payment.

✳Refund terms✳

  • A refund will only be made in case the sketch was delivered and at that time it is decided not to continue with the process.

  • Otherwise, if you are dissatisfied with the final product there will be no refund. Be sure to tell me all the details I need when the sketch is turned in.

✳ Commercial use✳

  • ▸ 2x Price Tier: The commissioner is permitted to sell merchandise featuring the artwork. This pricing tier is specifically designed for small businesses. The price for this tier is 2 times the original commission price.

  • ▸ 3x Price Tier: This tier is intended for big businesses or high-selling products. The Commissioner can utilize the artwork for commercial purposes and expect significant sales. The price for this tier is 3 times the original commission price.

✳Use terms✳

  • The rights of each product that I produce are mine. You are paying me to create an image, not to transfer its rights.

  • You only have the right to use the final product for personal use (without commercial purposes / you cannot make money from it). If you want to use It for commercial purposes the price will go up.

  • I have the right to use the product as an example for future commissions if the client allows it.

  • You can post it on your social networks but please give me credits.

➤ Before requesting a commission make sure you have read the terms of service and agree with them, when you request a commission I will assume that you have read and agree to these terms.

•HOW TO ASK FOR A COMMISSION?•

If you are interested in my commissions, send me a message (IG or X) with the following information:

  • Your email (to send the commission and send the invoice):

  • Character reference (sheet, description or picture):

  • Kind of commission:

  • Background color (optional):

  • A small description about the character (personality):

  • Some extra things (pose, expresion, etc.) (optional):

  • Do I have your permission to publish the commission on my profile and/or use it as an example?:

  • Do you prefer to send the payment before or after seeing the first sketch?:

Keep in mind:

  • I won't draw more than 6 characters.

  • If your character has a pet, the price depends on its size.

  • Simple backgrounds are FREE. (floral, glitter, etc.)

  • If your character is TOO detailed, ask for price.

OFFERS

  • Each client’s first commission will also receive a cute “thank you” card with a simple chibi or sketch of their character 🌸 (since July 2023).
